If you successfully purchase a home before the next months payment is due then only the current months fee and purchase fee is payable.
If you change your mind about buying, then future payments are cancelled however, the current month’s fee must be paid.
If you prefer not to pay monthly, then the engagement fee is 50%, the purchase fee is 50%, cancellation requires payment up to, and including the month of cancellation
